Abukuma Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki is a premium junmai ginjo from Genyou Honten in Fukushima, made from the king of sake rices with cold Abukuma Highland water. The combination of Yamada Nishiki's inherent structural elegance and Fukushima's Tohoku climate produces a refined, balanced ginjo.
