난부비진은 1902년 구지 가문에 의해 이와테현 니노헤에서 창업했습니다. 대대로 이어온 간장 양조 경험을 청주 생산에 접목했으며, 1952년 '난부 지역의 아름다움'을 뜻하는 난부비진이라는 이름을 정식으로 채택해 청결하고 우아한 청주에 대한 양조장의 지향을 담았습니다. 2013년 5대 사장으로 취임한 구지 고스케의 지휘 아래 전통 수제 기술과 현대 기술을 균형 있게 결합하여, 2017년 인터내셔널 와인 챌린지 챔피언 사케 수상, 2024년 제65회 일본 오미야게 어워드 국토교통성 장관상 수상 등의 성과를 거두고 있습니다.
