Junmai ginjo genshu de la brasserie de Kurume, Fukuoka, mis en bouteille non dilué à sa force d'alcool naturelle avec un taux d'alcool indiqué à 13 degrés, inférieur à celui d'un genshu typique en raison d'une fermentation soigneusement maîtrisée. Le format genshu à 13 % offre un profil concentré mais accessible, sans la lourdeur d'un sake non dilué à fort taux d'alcool. La base junmai ginjo apporte de délicates notes fruitées aux côtés d'un caractère de riz pur.
