Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi Jikagumi de KK Ookurahonke à Nara est un tokubetsu junmai à pressurage direct utilisant du riz Omachi et la méthode de brassage yamahai, prélevé immédiatement depuis la cuve sans assemblage. La richesse terreuse de l'Omachi et la profondeur lactique de la fermentation yamahai sont capturées dans leur état le plus pur par la mise en bouteille jikagumi. Ce sake représente une expression directe et honnête de l'une des approches de brassage les plus traditionnelles de Nara.
