Yohamanzoku (littéralement 'le monde est satisfaisant') est un hiyaoroshi lancé en automne par Tsujizenbee Shoten après une maturation estivale, élaboré avec du riz Omachi. La lente maturation de l'été adoucit la texture pour une expression saisonnière arrondie.
