Le Yamada Nishiki, poli à 60 %, est utilisé dans ce ginjo d'Osaka signé Suminoe Shuzo, l'une des plus anciennes brasseries de la préfecture avec une histoire remontant à la période Edo. La kura puise dans les eaux souterraines de la chaîne montagneuse d'Izumi et met l'accent sur des méthodes de production artisanales.
