Seppikosan Honjozo est poli a 60 % avec du Yamada Nishiki et brasse chez Tsubosakashuzou a Hyogo en utilisant l'eau des montagnes du Seppiko et la regulation naturelle de la cave. Servi froid, il revele une secheresse vive; legerement rechauffe, il devoile une legere douceur en finale. Il a remporte le premier prix or au Concours Kanshu 2013.
