Sanintogo Kimoto Junmai Namagenshu Kyoryoku est brassé à partir du Kyoryoku, une ancienne variété de riz de Tottori ressuscitée par la Fukura Shuzo après des décennies de quasi-disparition. La méthode kimoto amplifie le caractère terreux distinctif du riz, produisant un nama genshu robuste aux notes lactiques qui met en valeur le rare patrimoine agricole de Tottori.
