Un Ginjo de cette kura de Gunma, qui tire son nom de la formation rocheuse Sanbaseki dans la région de Fujioka. La classification Ginjo et le processus de fermentation à froid dégagent un délicat parfum ainsi qu'un palais raffiné et pur, caractéristique de la tradition brassicole des contreforts du Kanto. Élaboré avec du riz domestique soigneusement sélectionné et l'eau douce locale.
