Description

Mis en bouteille au cours de la première année de l'ère Reiwa (R1BY), ce honjozo shinshu d'une brasserie de Fukui fondée en 1716 capture le caractère frais et non vieilli du pressage du début de l'hiver. La brasserie utilise l'eau de source du système Hakusan provenant du sanctuaire Yasaka et du riz cultivé localement à Echizen.
