Ce Koiume genshu umeshu de KK Tsukinoishuzouten à Ibaraki est une liqueur de prune concentrée à base de sake, produite sans dilution à l'eau, conservant toute l'intensité du sake et de la macération d'ume. Le format genshu non dilué donne une liqueur plus riche et plus visqueuse, au goût d'ume prononcé et à une douceur plus profonde que les versions diluées standard.
