L'Asano Hikari, un riz à sake de la préfecture de Saitama, compose ce shiboritate (fraîchement pressé) honjozo genshu namazake de Yokota Shuzo à Gyoda, Saitama, sous l'étiquette Nihombashi. La brasserie a été fondée en 1805 et tient son nom du quartier de Nihombashi à Edo, où son fondateur s'est formé.
