Sake saisonnier limité à 400 bouteilles, embouteillé avec toute sa fraîcheur. Une légère teneur en dioxyde de carbone subsiste, et la saveur comme l'arôme sont frais. Un sake de pur riz légèrement sec qui révèle pleinement le goût du riz. La fraîcheur vive et caractéristique du sake d'Ikuhara est le vrai plaisir.
