Maboroshinoginjo Daijayama (まぼろしの吟醸 大蛇山) tire son nom du Festival Daijayama d'Omuta, l'un des festivals les plus spectaculaires de Kyushu, célèbre pour ses immenses chars en forme de serpent. Issu de la Egashira Shuzo à Omuta, Fukuoka (racines brassicoles familiales depuis 1830), ce ginjo à 49 % de polissage rend hommage à l'héritage culturel dynamique et audacieux de la ville, en parallèle de la spécialité de la brasserie dans les sakes longuement vieillis.
