Kuninokotobuki Daiginjogenshu est le daiginjo non dilué de premier rang de Menoshuzou à Fukuoka, une brasserie dont les racines plongent dans la ville historique des canaux de Yanagawa. Embouteillé à pleine force de cuve, il offre une expression plus intense de l'élégance caractéristique du daiginjo : riches arômes fruités, complexité en couches et finale longue et chaleureuse. Un sake digne de collection, issu de Kyushu.
