Ce sake local de Tsukuba est élaboré avec des personnes, de l'eau et du riz locaux provenant de Yoshinuma, dans le nord-est du mont Tsukuba. Brassé avec la levure Ogawa née à Ibaraki et du Gohyakumangoku cultivé à Yoshinuma depuis 1907, il peut être apprécié froid, à température ambiante ou chaud.
