Kamikokoro Umakuchi Hiyaoroshi Tokubetsu Junmaigenshu est un tokubetsu junmai genshu de Kamikokoro Shuzo KK à Okayama, mis en bouteille sans dilution et distribué en automne après une maturation estivale, selon la tradition hiyaoroshi. Le caractère genshu non dilué amplifie la texture et la profondeur, tandis que le repos estival adoucit les arêtes vives du sake de début de saison.
