Le riz est poli au standard ginjo de 60 % ou moins, et aucun alcool distillé n'est ajouté, ancrant la saveur dans le caractère du riz. La finale sèche fait de ce sake un sake polyvalent à table et vif, avec des aromatiques ginjo modérés.
