Le Senbon Nishiki, riz à sake précieux de la préfecture de Hiroshima élevé comme successeur du Yamada Nishiki pour les concours nationaux, est le seul ingrédient de ce junmai daiginjo issu d'une brasserie de Hiroshima vieille de 200 ans. Brassé avec l'eau de source douce du mont Gokurakuji, il délivre les arômes délicats évoquant la pomme et le corps léger caractéristiques du style brassicole à eau douce de Hiroshima.
