Hagino Tsuru Junmai Ginjo de Hagino Shuzou à Miyagi incarne l'ambition de la brasserie de produire un sake pour partager de bons moments entre amis, une philosophie établie depuis sa fondation en 1840. Brassé avec du riz Kuranohana et Miyamanishiki et l'eau douce de la source de montagne Ryodosawa, ce sake atteint le profil propre et vif associé à la tradition brassicole de Miyagi. Le niveau de polissage junmai ginjo affine le caractère du riz tout en préservant l'umami naturel qui définit la gamme Hagino Tsuru.
