Description
Le Funaki Junmai Ginjo Gentei Nihyakkan utilise le Shinriki, l'une des plus anciennes variétés de riz à sake du Japon, dans une édition limitée de 200 kanme (750 kg) de la Funaki Shuzo à Fukui, fondée en 1866. L'eau puisée à 150 mètres de profondeur sous la plaine alluviale de la rivière Kuzuryu et le rare riz Shinriki s'unissent pour honorer la réputation de cette brasserie, pionnière du ginjo à Fukui.
