Description
Nommé d'après le pont historique Tsukumo à Fukui, ce junmai de la Funaki Shuzo utilise du riz Gohyakumangoku et Shinriki poli à 60%, brassé avec l'eau de source de la rivière Kuzu à l'aide d'une levure de culture maison. L'assemblage donne un sake riche et corsé, avec un umami de riz profond, idéal pour accompagner les repas.
