Shinomine Doburoku Hi est un doburoku pasteurisé, l'ancien style de sake non raffiné contenant des lies de riz en suspension, produit par Chiyoshuzou à Gose City, Nara. L'une des rares brasseries agréées pour produire du doburoku, Chiyoshuzou, sous la direction de l'ancien vigneron Tetsuya Sakai, crée ce style trouble et rustique en utilisant l'eau de source du mont Katsuragi et un soin artisanal apporté à la fermentation.
