Daiginjo Jukuseishu est un daiginjo vieilli de la Fukura Shuzo, sur les rives du lac Togo à Yurihama, dans la préfecture de Tottori, fondée en 1889. Un vieillissement prolongé transforme les délicats arômes daiginjo en une complexité plus profonde et plus ronde, unique à cette brasserie côtière de Sanin.
