Notre classique, Number Fourteen, est un junmai ginjo namazake. Destiné à être servi localement, frais, et dégusté peu après la fin du processus de fermentation. Nous utilisons un mélange de riz calrose et yamada nishiki poli à plus de 60 % et fermenté lentement à basse température. Le résultat est un sake frais, vif, léger et aromatique avec une finale sèche.
