Bokusui Honjozo est un honjozo de la Takeshige Honke Shuzo dans la région de Saku à Nagano. La brasserie utilise l'eau de source Daisetsuzan des contreforts de Tateshina et du riz 100% cultivé à Nagano; la longue tradition kimoto de cette brasserie façonne même le honjozo avec une base d'umami ferme et complexe.
