El Miyama Nishiki pulido al 55 % se extrae directamente de la prensa en namazake y se embotella a plena potencia genshu para el hatsushibori, el primer prensado de la temporada. El método de extracción directa captura la frescura chispeante y la sutil efervescencia dulce del sake recién prensado sin ninguna intervención. Esta etiqueta de la serie SAMURAI refleja la tradición de lanzamiento estacional invernal de la kura.
