Description

Este junmai se pasteuriza una vez antes del almacenamiento y luego se envía sin tratamiento térmico adicional, el proceso namachozoshu que conserva una frescura nítida mientras ofrece mayor estabilidad en bodega que un sake completamente crudo. Elaborado en la cervecería de Kurume, Fukuoka, fundada en 1850, usando agua de manantial de la montaña Mino. La pasteurización única retiene más de los compuestos aromáticos volátiles que los sake convencionales doblemente pasteurizados.
