Description
Junmai ginjo genshu de la cervecería de Kurume, Fukuoka, embotellado sin diluir a su fuerza de alcohol natural con un nivel de alcohol indicado de 13 grados, menor que el de un genshu típico debido a una fermentación cuidadosamente controlada. El formato genshu al 13 % ofrece un perfil concentrado pero accesible sin la pesadez del sake sin diluir de alto contenido alcohólico. La base junmai ginjo aporta delicadas notas afrutadas junto a un carácter limpio de arroz.
