Junmai hiyaoroshi de la Yoshinotomo Shuzo en Toyama, elaborado con arroz de la prefectura de Toyama pulido al 65 % y madurado durante el verano antes del lanzamiento otoñal. La pasteurización única en el momento del almacenamiento produce el carácter redondeado y asentado típico del hiyaoroshi, apoyándose en el profundo compromiso de la cervecería con la elaboración de arroz puro sin alcohol añadido.
