Junmai ginjo muroka namagenshu (sin filtrar, sin pasteurizar, sin diluir) elaborado con Tomi no Kaori, un arroz sake exclusivo de la prefectura de Toyama desarrollado cruzando Yamada Nishiki con Oyama Nishiki, pulido al 60 % en la Yoshinotomo Shuzo. La levadura de flor de manzano de Uozu, desarrollada por el Instituto de Investigación Alimentaria de Toyama, aporta una acidez viva con una dulzura limpia y jugosa, embotellado sin filtración ni dilución para preservar toda la frescura.
