Junmai genshu (arroz puro, sin diluir) de la Yoshinotomo Shuzo en Toyama, embotellado a la concentración natural de prensado a partir de arroz pulido al 65 %. El arroz de la prefectura de Toyama y el agua de manantial del Tateyama aportan un ataque firme y generoso, con un umami robusto y un final seco y limpio a la concentración natural de alcohol elevada, coherente con la filosofía completamente junmai y orientada al terroir de la cervecería.
