El Ginjokoshu Genshu de Asakan Shuzoten es un Ginjo envejecido y sin diluir, almacenado para desarrollar el carácter más suave y rico de un koshu, conservando al mismo tiempo la plena potencia de fermentación sin dilución. Elaborado en Miyagi, representa un estilo menos común dentro de la tradición sake generalmente fresca y limpia de Tohoku.
