Arroz cultivado en Yamagata y pulido al 70 % da lugar a este honjozo de la Nakaoki Sake Brewery en Kawanishi, producido en la cuenca de Okitama rodeada de las cadenas montañosas Azuma, Asahi e Iide. La marca Uyoikkon se construyó en torno a la idea de un sake que lleva de manera natural de una copa a la siguiente.
