Procedente íntegramente de Jitsuraku en el barrio Yoshikawa-cho de la ciudad de Miki, un distrito de cultivo de Yamada Nishiki de clase A designado, este tokubetsu junmai se elabora mediante el método kimoto al 70 % de pulido. Obtuvo el Premio de Oro en el Slow Food Japan Kanzake Contest 2015, reflejando su idoneidad especial para el calentamiento.
