El Miyama Nishiki de Miyagi se pule al 60 % para este tokubetsu junmai embotellado bajo la etiqueta Kojuro, nombrada en honor al famoso espadachín de Shiroishi. Elaborado con agua de manantial subterráneo de Zao y levadura de Miyagi, este tokubetsu junmai ofrece un aroma fresco con matices de moscatel, umami suave y un final ácido limpio adecuado para el maridaje con comida.
