Se utiliza una pequeña adición de alcohol de elaboración destilado en el estilo daiginjo para aumentar la volatilidad aromática y lograr la ligereza característica de este grado premium. La marca Tamanoharu se apoya en el frío clima de Iwate y el puro agua de montaña para elaborar un sake de elegancia refinada.
