Tokubetsu junmai de Soukou Shuzo llamado Sakehakiyokimizu, producido en la única cervecería de sake que subsiste en la ciudad de Oita. La cervecería utiliza arroz de la prefectura de Oita y levadura activa de Kumamoto en la elaboración de su gama junmai especial, que ha obtenido reconocimiento incluyendo el oro en el U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
