El Junmai Daiginjo Sara Tobintori de Kuramitsu se recoge por goteo libre desde bolsas de tela suspendidas hacia toneles tobin, un método que captura únicamente la fracción más delicada del moromi sin presión aplicada. Producido por la única cervecería de sake de Oita desde 1864, la línea Sara ha recibido premios consecutivos en el Concurso Nacional del Sake, y esta versión junmai daiginjo utiliza agua subterránea del río Ono y levadura de alto contenido en ésteres.
