Description

El ginjo de Kuramitsu Shuzo se elabora en la única cervecería de sake que queda en la ciudad de Oita, utilizando agua subterránea del río Ono en combinación con la levadura de alto contenido en ésteres de la cervecería. Fundada en 1864, la cervecería aplica métodos artesanales cuidadosos en toda su gama ginjo para lograr un estilo aromático y limpio.
