Description

El Soukou Daiginjo Sara de Kuramitsu Shuzo, la única cervecería de sake en la ciudad de Oita, se elabora con agua subterránea del río Ono y una levadura de alto contenido en ésteres para producir un daiginjo aromático y limpio. La cervecería, fundada en 1864, ha ganado premios consecutivos en el Concurso Nacional del Sake de 2013 a 2016 con esta línea Sara.
