El arroz Ginfubuki pulido al 50 % constituye la base de este daiginjo de la histórica cervecería de Fushimi fundada en 1677, cuyos caracteres de etiqueta fueron caligrafíados por el célebre pintor de la era Meiji Tomioka Tessai. El agua de manantial Shiragiku de Fushimi, valorada por su bajo contenido en hierro y sus suaves minerales equilibrados, sustenta un bouquet afrutado y un perfil de sabores suave y refinado.
