
Description
El Yamada Nishiki pulido al 35 %, un nivel de refinamiento que elimina más de dos tercios de cada grano, constituye la base de este junmai daiginjo de la cervecería de Fushimi fundada en 1677. El pulido intensivo produce un sake de umami rico y expansivo junto a un final afilado y limpio, lo que le valió el reconocimiento de platino en el Milano Sake Challenge 2019 y el oro en el London Sake Challenge y el Kura Master. El suave agua de manantial Shiragiku de Fushimi contribuye al carácter liso y redondeado que distingue el estilo de la casa Shinsei.
