Fundada en 1883 y primera cervecería de Shinshu en adoptar íntegramente la elaboración junmai (2001), el presidente y toji Kitahara Takeshi aplica su filosofía de extraer cuerpo pleno del Miyama Nishiki para alcanzar la máxima profundidad y refinamiento en este nivel premium.
