Junmai elaborado con arroz Gohyakumangoku pulido al 65 % de Fujiseda, Shizuoka. El Gohyakumangoku aporta un carácter de arroz más ligero y limpio; el agua suave del río Setogawa y la levadura de Shizuoka dan al sake un paladar redondeado con una acidez suave y discreta.
