Rokujuuyoshuu Junmai Ginjo de la Imazato Shuzo en Nagasaki es un ginjo de arroz puro elaborado sin alcohol destilado añadido, lo que permite que la dulzura natural y el umami del arroz formen la base del sabor. El arroz se pule al 60 % o menos, y una fermentación lenta a baja temperatura desarrolla los aromas frutales y elegantes que definen la clase ginjo.
