Ononosho Komachi Kuro es un junmai elaborado con arroz Nippon Bare pulido al 70 % en Okamura Honke, en Toyosato, Shiga. Como todos los sake de la marca Kinkame, se prensa mediante el método tradicional de prensado en bolsa en tina de madera, para una textura suave y refinada, sin notas desagradables.
