Onikoroshi Junmainamazake es un sake de arroz puro sin pasteurizar de Oitashuzouten en la prefectura de Gifu, embotellado fresco sin tratamiento térmico para preservar sabores vivos y juveniles. Como namazake, conserva las vibrantes enzimas y el carácter fresco del sake recién elaborado, requiriendo almacenamiento refrigerado. Elaborado sin alcohol añadido bajo la denominación junmai, combina la personalidad seca de la línea Onikoroshi con las cualidades luminosas y expresivas del namazake.
