Sin alcohol añadido, expresa aromas naturales de ginjo junto al carácter limpio y mineral derivado de las aguas de montaña de Gifu. La denominación junmai garantiza que el perfil aromático está moldeado únicamente por el arroz, el agua, el koji y la levadura.
