Oma Junmai Ginjo es producido por Kikutsukasajouzou en Nara, apoyándose en la profunda cultura del sake de la prefectura que se remonta al período Nara. Como junmai ginjo, el arroz se pule hasta conservar al menos el 60 % y no se añade alcohol de elaboración, lo que resulta en un carácter fragante y afrutado. La marca Oma refleja el compromiso de la bodega con una elaboración expresiva y orientada al terruño en la región Yamato.
